You've arrived at San Tan Heights K-8, one of nine schools in the Coolidge Unified School District, located in sunny Queen Creek, Arizona.

As the new principal at San Tan Heights, I have been impressed with the quality of staff, teachers, and students I have met. I appreciate the warm welcoming atmosphere I have experienced.

My professional career began in Anchorage, Alaska, where I taught for 11 years. I moved to Arizona in 1997, received my masters in education administration, and served as principal in two schools the Phoenix valley. In my most recent position, I oversaw curriculum and professional development in for 12 schools in my district.

Personally, I have three wonderful children, two grandchildren, and will welcome a third grandchild this summer. I am lucky all live in Arizona, along with my sister, her family, and my parents. Family is very important to me. I look forward to getting to know you and your family. I would like to thank you for sharing your most precious possession with me, your children.
